ACCOMMODATIONS

Our new Bon Temps Room is now available for private parties! The Bon Temps Room is a beautiful spacious room that will accommodate up to 60 people. We offer many delicious menus to choose from or We will assist you in planning a menu for your party. Parties of 20 or less may order from an "Open Menu". We offer a full list of liquor, beer, and wine to complement your event. Alcohol is charged on a consumption basis. Sorry, no outside alcohol or wine is permitted. So for your next special occasion think of Tony Mandola’s Bon Temps Room. GRATUITY and TAX

All private party food sales are subject to 8.25% sales tax. Gratuity is based on 20% of both food and alcohol sales.

DEPOSITS and BILLING

We require a $250 deposit for ALL parties. Reservations are not guaranteed without security deposit. Deposits paid with cash or pre-approved credit cards will be applied to the total charges of the party. Deposits paid with a credit card will be processed for approval only, with the entire amount due at the time of the conclusion of the party.
No separate checks will be permitted.

PAYMENT

We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, and pre-approved company checks. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event you need to cancel your function, we ask that you give us a written notice.

The minimum requirements are subject to change during seasonal holidays. Please ask manager for details. In order to prepare for your party we need your pre-selected menu and estimated number of guests one week prior to your party. We ask that you guarantee the number of guests attending at least three working days prior to the event.
